ABOUT THE DIRECTORS

Mrs Regina Vaughn is the vocal director and fine arts department head and has studied at Arkansas State University, Free Will Baptist Bible College, and the University of Arkansas at Monticello with an emphasis on secondary education in vocal music.  She holds membership in Kappa Kappa Psi, Honorary Band Service Fraternity, Alpha Psi Gamma, Honorary Choir Service Fraternity, and Alpha Chi, National Honors Academic Fraternity.  She attends the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Perryton with her family.  She has six children and has been married to her husband, David, since 2005.   She enjoys playing the piano and reading in her spare time.  Mrs Vaughn has been in education since 2008 and is entering her 12th year of teaching.

Mr David Vaughn is the instrumental director and has studied at the University of Arkansas at Monticello and Oklahoma Panhandle State University with an emphasis on secondary education in instrumental music.  He is also the instructor of percussion at Oklahoma Panhandle State University and director of the newly-formed Plainsmen Drum and Bugle Corps, and is a sponsored educator by Salyers Percussion as part of their education team.  He also holds membership in Kappa Kappa Psi, Honorary Band Service Fraternity and Alpha Psi Gamma, Honorary Choir Service Fraternity.  He attends the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Perryton with his family.  He has nine children and has been married to his wife, Regina, since 2005.  He enjoys composing music and watching all manner of sports in his spare time.  Mr Vaughn has been in education since 1995 and is entering his 25th year of teaching.
